GILD Alternative Funds is a specialized alternative investment manager with a track record of asset based investing and lending investments, private equity and real estate investments in the Emerging Europe. Currently GILD Alternative Funds manages real estate fund EEREIF and holds a stake in the fund management company of risk capital fund GILD Arbitrage. GILD Real Estate is a member of the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV), which joins together more than 320 leading institutions and other market players.
